Plants on Production of Concrete

The company “ZQAN Construction”, occupies a leading place on production of concrete all over the country, it possesses 2 concrete plants, which are supplied with modern technology and meet with all international standards. Close cooperation with leading laboratories of Azerbaijan, aimed at meeting with requirements on mixing of concrete in plants, was established and correspondence of applied raw materials to accepted standards is provided. Depending on brand of concrete in the plant, formula is composed according to technical properties, then component materials are mixed in mixer by means of computer. Taking into account specifics of production, prevention of environment pollution and protection of labour safety is strictly observed. Considering realization of big construction projects in Guba, the concrete plant, belonging to company “ZQAN Construction”, is presently operating in this region. The second concrete plant with production capacity of 100m3 per hour is operating in city Baku, its activity is oriented towards satisfaction of requirements of projects, realized in the capital. The Baku Concrete Plant has additional capacity of selling to customers of 200m3 of concrete mix per day.
